The Bolivian Foundation for Social Development (FUNDESOC), a non-profit organization based in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, is looking for an ideal professional for the reference position, with the following characteristics:
Training and work experience:
Professional degree in natural, economic or social sciences. Graduate will be assessed in branches related to Sustainable Development, Organizational Management and / or Public Management.
Satisfactory work experience of at least 10 years with emphasis on: direction; management and administration of equipment; institutions related to the theme of sustainable development projects.
Experience in Public Management (Valued).
Advanced knowledge on Corporate Social Responsibility.
Management of Planning Tools (Desirable).
Competences and conditions:
Leadership and decision-making capacity, teamwork and inter-institutional coordination.
Ability to manage conflicts, work under pressure.
Commitment to gender equity and the environment.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Management of English (desirable).
Availability for trips to the rural area.
